So, yesterday was reasonably warm, warm enough to go walking for an extended period of time. Slither was playing up at the Canada Square cinemas at Yonge and Eglinton, so I walked up Spadina and across Eglinton. It’s been a while since I’ve been out walking, so I gave myself plenty of time to get there before the movie — too much time, it turned out, as I got there with an hour to spare, and mooched around the bookstores for a while before it was time for the movie to start.

Afterwards I walked down Yonge Street until I hit a Quizno’s Subs just north of Bloor, where I ate a late lunch; then I walked west until I got back home.

Today I woke up with a headache, so I stayed at home; unfortunately, that meant I was unable to be an extra in my friends Owin and Irena’s short film. It had cleared up by evening, so I turned on the TV to watch The Simpsons, and found out that one man had been killed by an explosion, possibly caused by a bomb, in the Tim Horton’s almost right across the street from the Quizno’s where I’d been eating less than 24 hours earlier.

Can I just ask something? I know I’ve asked this before, but can I just ask something? What the fuck is fucking going on in my fucking HOME?

If I didn’t know better I’d suspect Quizno’s of paying this site some product placement fees.
