Picture this. It’s the final episode of Battlestar Galactica. After years of terror, destruction, tragedy and death, Human and Cylon have learned at last to accept each other, to celebrate their differences and to meld the best of both cultures into one whole.

The organic and the machine look forward into a bright new future, inherited by those who have wedded the best of humanity and the best of Cylon into one symbiosis. The past is behind them, the future is infinite. And the new species looks inwards, and wonders, what will we call ourselves?

And one of them suggests, “How about Borg? Borg sounds good.”

OH SNAP! Look at that grammatical bitch-slap right there!

*Sigh* Yes, I'm getting excited over the digital
quivalent of a grammatical pissing contest - I live a boring, sheltered life :P
