Comment-Spam

"My blog just got comment-spammed."

"Uh-huh."

"I mean, it gets spammed all the time, but this time it was targeted. They tried to spam an ad for getting out of credit-card debt onto the entry where I complained about my credit-card balance."

"Okay."

"At least that's better than the random online pharmacy and casino ads that just get thrown at the site at, um, random."

"You're still going to delete it, though."

"I'm gonna delete the hell out of it. But at least this one actually appeared to be targeted at the site based on the content of the post. My hat's off to you, sir, well done."

"Good for them."

"I've really lowered my standards for outrage."

"Kinda hard not to."

Update: Aaaaaaaaaaaand from this and this, the outrage is back. Gosh, that didn't take long.
