The falcon cannot hear the falconer
Apparently, the new closed-circuit cameras in Beijing are finely tuned to detect violations of one's personal space, but they can't distinguish between a kiss and an act of violence.
In other news, today the captioning department received the on-air version of American Pie Presents Band Camp, which will be airing on MuchMusic with all of the naughty words muted for sensitive ears. And "all" is a word that here means "apparently somebody flipped a coin," resulting in the partially deleted sentence, "You (Muted) ass booger."
And tomorrow will be Thursday, et cetera.

As someone who often watches TV with the captions on, I'm aways surprised how often the captioners just leave the censored swear words in. It's always weird to hear "beep" and see "fuck".
I don't think I'll tune in for Band Camp though.
