I was watching the Live Earth show on Much Music and a shot of the CHUM building came on…in a little box with a CTV logo at the bottom-so CTV is now actively putting their brand on things. It just seems wrong. Also, the voicemail is no longer the voice of Mark Dailey, but some female CTV corporate drone. Yikes!

I wonder what’s going to happen to MuchMusic? Is CTV going to ditch MTV Canada, but then they’re big fans of American programming over Canadian, so maybe it’ll be MTV creep into MM till MM disappears into the ether.
Don’t worry too much. You won’t literally be sold into slavery. I’m reasonably sure.
